Chef Princess Diana Rosario is a highly accomplished serial entrepreneur in the Franchise Industry. She's not only a pastry chef and a chef instructor but also a motivational speaker and a passionate advocate in helping the abused and repatriated “Overseas Filipino Workers”. Her journey started as a Marketing Director in an Oil & gas company in Dubai at the age of 23, and she gained experience in various industries, including aviation and BPO.
However, her true calling came when she founded What's Your FLAN, a home-based franchise company that started in specializing Leche Flans. This venture has flourished, with hundreds of successful franchisees worldwide and recognitions on both local and international levels.
Her commitment to addressing unemployment issues by providing affordable and successful home-based franchise opportunities made her success evident. She believes in the power of hard work, passion, and a sense of purpose in achieving one's goals.
Furthermore, she emphasizes the importance of honesty, faith, and trust in achieving success and fulfilling a greater purpose in life. Co-owner / Co-founder
Pablito San Diego Jr. aka Chino and his entrepreneurial journey kicked off in 2006 with no initial capital when he established TMC The Master of Customs, a
multi-awarded custom car shop in the Philippines. Over the next 14 years, he made a significant impact in the automotive industry.
He not only ran the business but also served as a judge at auto shows, mentored students and fellow entrepreneurs, and co-founded two exclusive BMW car clubs. He is also a Co-founder of EUROUNITED Philippines, a passionate community of European car/motorcycle enthusiasts.
In 2016, Chino assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer and Co-owner at What's Your Flan? International Group of Franchise Companies. They eventually expanded to 13 countries, boasting a network of over 700 franchisees and gaining recognition both locally and internationally.
His experience in business management and company ownership makes him a successful serial entrepreneur. His life journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence, and he looks forward to the exciting opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
