  We’re proud to officially welcome a new batch of promising startups into the What’s Your Flan ecosystem through a meaningful Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing marking the beginning of a bold, shared journey toward innovation, growth, and global expansion.  

Spearheaded by Mr. Chino San Diego (Entrepreneur of the year 2024), this program is designed to give up-and-coming food brands the support they need to grow, from incubation and brand alignment, to nationwide distribution and access to international markets. 

Each product was handpicked for its potential to complement our flan-based lineup, while standing strong as its own proudly Filipino brand.  

The signing event, held at our Quezon City office, wasn’t just about paperwork, it was about commitment, collaboration, and vision. 

These startups are joining not just a brand, but a movement. With our guidance and network behind them, they’ll be refining their products, tightening their business models, and preparing for launch under a new banner!

 Sharing a Journey of Grit, Growth, and Purpose  It was a true honor to be invited as a speaker at the Asia SME Forum, where I joined some of the country’s most respected business leaders in a powerful conversation about innovation, resilience, and the future of entrepreneurship in the Philippines.  

Representing What’s Your Flan?, I shared our incredible journey, from humble beginnings to becoming a global brand with nearly 900 franchisees in 14 countries. I also took the opportunity to speak about my earlier venture, TMC: The Master of Customs, and how that laid the foundation for everything that followed. 

I talked about the challenges, pivots, and lessons that shaped my path as an entrepreneur and how those experiences led to being named Entrepreneur of the Year 2024. It wasn’t just about success, it was about staying grounded in purpose, building platforms that empower others, and creating sustainable opportunities for fellow Filipinos.  

Being on stage with the country’s top minds was more than an honor, it was a reminder that small ideas, when fueled by passion and community, can scale beyond borders and transform lives.  Grateful for the recognition, the dialogue, and the chance to inspire the next wave of Filipino entrepreneurs.
